Terms and conditions for FeminGo users.

These terms govern the use of the FeminGo Passenger app and related services, including account creation, bookings, payments, rider interactions, safety tools, support, and platform conduct.

1. Introduction and acceptance

This document is an electronic record for the purposes of applicable Indian law. These terms and conditions apply when you access, register on, or use the FeminGo website, mobile application, or related user services.

In these terms, “FeminGo”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FeminGo and its operating entity or authorized service operator. “User”, “Passenger”, “Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual using FeminGo to discover, request, book, pay for, or manage rides and related support features.

By creating an account, logging in, requesting a ride, or otherwise using FeminGo services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms together with our privacy policy and any related safety, support, payment, and platform notices issued from time to time.

2. Services and platform role

FeminGo provides a technology platform that helps passengers discover available pilots, submit ride requests, access booking information, view estimated pricing or fare details where applicable, receive notifications, use safety tools, and manage support interactions.

FeminGo may also support related features such as payment processing, wallet flows, ride communication, trip records, emergency support features, and promotional or referral tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FeminGo is a technology platform and not the direct transportation provider. Ride services are performed by independent pilots who are responsible for the actual ride experience, vehicle operation, and compliance with laws that apply to them.

3. Eligibility and account registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create and operate a FeminGo account unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
  • You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTP-based access, and registered device access.
  • You must not transfer, sell, assign, or share your account with another person.
  • You must promptly notify FeminGo if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

FeminGo may request identity, payment, verification, or account-related information and may suspend or restrict access if required information cannot be verified.

4. Booking flow and ride requests

When you place a ride request through FeminGo, the platform attempts to match your request with an available pilot based on service area, supply, route, timing, or other operating conditions.

  • A pilot may accept or reject a request.
  • Even after acceptance, a ride may be cancelled or may not proceed because of traffic, safety issues, network failures, vehicle issues, or pilot availability.
  • FeminGo does not guarantee that a ride request will always be accepted or completed.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop details, contact details, and any important ride-related instructions.

5. User conduct

You agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate passenger purposes.

  • You must treat pilots, support staff, and other users respectfully.
  • You must not damage vehicles, threaten others, harass anyone, abuse support channels, or engage in unlawful conduct.
  • You must not create duplicate or fraudulent accounts, abuse promotions, falsify documents or ride details, or manipulate device, GPS, or app settings to gain unfair advantage.
  • You must not use the platform to store, transmit, or publish unlawful, harmful, infringing, obscene, misleading, hateful, or otherwise prohibited material.
  • You must not interfere with the normal operation of the platform using bots, scripts, malware, automation, or abusive traffic.

FeminGo may suspend or terminate access if your conduct creates safety, fraud, legal, or operational risk.

6. Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Ride charges, cancellation charges, wallet deductions, promotional discounts, waiting fees, or other service-related charges may be shown in the app, communicated during booking, or applied according to the service model being used.

  • Payments may be processed through in-app methods, payment partners, wallet mechanisms, or direct settlement models depending on the service.
  • You authorize FeminGo and its payment partners to process eligible payments, validations, reversals, refunds, and settlement-related actions connected with your transactions.
  • Refunds, if any, are subject to platform policy, payment verification, dispute review, fraud checks, and applicable law.
  • You remain responsible for paying all valid charges associated with rides requested through your account.

7. Safety tools and SOS features

FeminGo may provide user safety features such as ride visibility, trip sharing, emergency contacts, SOS actions, or emergency escalation support. These tools are intended to support safety, but they do not replace police, ambulance, or emergency public services.

You agree not to misuse safety features, including false SOS activations, false reports, or malicious emergency escalations. Misuse may lead to suspension, investigation, account termination, or legal action.

8. Communications and notifications

You agree that FeminGo and its authorized providers may communicate with you through push notifications, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other channels in connection with account access, bookings, payments, support, service updates, safety, verification, and legal notices.

The accuracy and timeliness of such communications may depend on device settings, network conditions, app permissions, and third-party infrastructure.

9. Privacy and user data

FeminGo may collect and process information such as your account details, contact information, location data, saved addresses, ride history, payment references, emergency contact details, device identifiers, support interactions, and other operational information required to run the platform.

Your use of the platform is also subject to the FeminGo privacy policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share data.

10. Intellectual property and platform restrictions

  • FeminGo and its licensors own the platform, its design, branding, software, content, and related intellectual property rights.
  • You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app or website for personal use in accordance with these terms.
  • You must not copy, resell, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly allowed by law or written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services such as maps, payment providers, app stores, analytics tools, insurers, or support tools. Those third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of their services may also be subject to those rules.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FeminGo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, exact fare accuracy, ride availability, or compatibility with every device, network, or use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeminGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from platform use, ride interactions, payment issues, delays, cancellations, network failures, or third-party conduct.

FeminGo’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform will not exceed INR 1,000 unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Suspension, termination, and enforcement

FeminGo may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe that you breached these terms, misused the platform, created fraud or safety risk, provided false information, or acted unlawfully or abusively.

You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our account deletion process, subject to any legal or operational retention obligations.

14. Governing law, disputes, and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration process or mandatory legal requirement that applies.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it amicably. FeminGo may require arbitration or another lawful dispute process where applicable.

FeminGo may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the website, app, or another official communication channel unless a later effective date is stated.
