Account Deletion

Request deletion of your FeminGo Passenger account.

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data, what information is deleted, what may be retained, and the retention periods that may still apply.

1. Steps to request deletion

  1. Email info@femingo.bike from the same phone number or email associated with your FeminGo Passenger account.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my FeminGo Passenger account.
  3. Include your registered phone number and, if available, your recent ride ID.
  4. We may contact you to verify ownership before deletion is processed.

2. What data is deleted

Once your deletion request is verified and approved, we aim to delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your passenger account where operationally and legally possible, including:

  • Passenger profile information
  • Saved places
  • Emergency contact entries
  • Passenger wallet profile where applicable
  • Passenger verification profile records that are no longer required to be retained

3. What may be retained

Certain records may be retained after account deletion where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or tax obligations. This may include:

  • Ride and trip history records
  • Payment, wallet, and transaction reconciliation records
  • Fraud-prevention and abuse-prevention records
  • Support, dispute, or safety investigation records
  • Verification records where retention is required by law or operational policy

4. Retention periods

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and applicable legal or operational requirements. Where data must be retained after deletion, it is kept only for the period reasonably required for the purpose described above.

5. Processing time

After verification, we aim to process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period. Delays may occur if we need additional identity confirmation or if records are subject to retention obligations.

Important note

Deleting your account means you may lose access to ride history, saved locations, wallet access, and other passenger features tied to that account.
