1. Introduction and acceptance

This document is an electronic record for the purposes of applicable Indian law. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the FeminGo platform as a pilot.

In these terms, “FeminGo”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to FeminGo and its operating entity or authorized service operator. “Pilot”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual using the FeminGo pilot app or related tools to accept or complete rides.

By signing up, onboarding, logging in, or using the pilot app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, along with any applicable policies, onboarding rules, privacy notices, safety standards, and operational instructions made available by FeminGo from time to time.

2. Platform role

FeminGo provides a technology platform that helps eligible pilots discover ride demand, receive trip requests, communicate with riders where needed, and use related support features such as maps, notifications, safety tools, and payout tracking.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FeminGo is not the employer of a pilot. The platform relationship is intended to be principal-to-principal, and pilots remain responsible for complying with applicable law, local permit rules, vehicle requirements, and their independent service obligations.

3. Eligibility and onboarding

To onboard as a pilot, you must satisfy FeminGo’s onboarding criteria and any legal requirements that apply in your operating area.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You must hold a valid driving licence and any permits, registrations, insurance, or certifications required for the vehicle category you operate.
  • You must provide true, current, and complete onboarding details and documents.
  • You may be required to complete training, orientation, document review, police verification, background screening, medical checks, or any other compliance step reasonably required by FeminGo or applicable law.
  • You must promptly update information if your licence, vehicle, insurance, address, phone number, or other critical details change.

FeminGo may suspend, decline, or remove onboarding approval if documents are missing, unverifiable, expired, inconsistent, or if a pilot no longer meets eligibility standards.

4. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and device access.
  • You must not share your account, allow another person to operate under your identity, or transfer your account without written approval from FeminGo.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless reported as unauthorized without delay.
  • You must notify FeminGo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, or loss of a registered device.

5. Pilot conduct and service standards

When using the platform or performing rides, pilots must act lawfully, professionally, and in a way that supports rider safety and platform trust.

  • Provide rides courteously, safely, and without discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or abuse.
  • Follow traffic rules, speed limits, local transport rules, and vehicle safety requirements at all times.
  • Do not operate while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, intoxicants, or any substance that impairs driving ability.
  • Do not carry weapons, dangerous materials, or prohibited items while providing services.
  • Do not ask riders for extra payments outside the fare structure, except where expressly permitted by law or platform policy.
  • Do not manipulate trips, routes, cancellations, incentives, ratings, GPS, or app activity for unfair advantage.
  • Do not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Do not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, misleading, or harmful.

FeminGo may monitor service quality, rider feedback, support complaints, suspicious activity, and compliance signals to protect the platform and users.

6. Vehicle, device, and safety compliance

  • You must operate only an approved vehicle that satisfies FeminGo policy and applicable law.
  • You must keep your vehicle in safe operating condition and maintain valid registration, insurance, pollution certificate, and any required permits.
  • You must use a compatible mobile device and correct app version to access the platform.
  • You must cooperate with reasonable safety checks, document audits, onboarding refreshers, or spot reviews requested by FeminGo.
  • You must not exceed driving-hour or rest-break limits required by applicable law or platform safety rules.

7. Trip requests, cancellations, and rider experience

Trip requests are offered through the app based on platform logic, service availability, and operating conditions. Repeated refusal, unreasonable cancellation, avoidable no-shows, or conduct that harms rider trust may lead to reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or deactivation.

You must not accept offline street-hailed rides through the platform flow, create fake bookings, provoke riders to cancel, or mark rides complete without actually performing them.

8. Payments, fees, and taxes

FeminGo may charge subscription fees, convenience fees, commissions, service fees, payout processing fees, penalties, or other platform-related amounts as disclosed in the app, onboarding materials, or pilot communications from time to time.

  • Fare collection and settlement may be handled by FeminGo, by the pilot, or by a combination of platform and direct payment flows depending on the service model, city, or feature being used.
  • Where FeminGo collects rider payments on behalf of pilots, pilots authorize FeminGo to settle eligible amounts after applicable deductions, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or penalties.
  • Where pilots collect payments directly, the pilot remains responsible for issuing any invoice or receipt required by law.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations, filings, and remittances associated with earnings unless the law requires a different arrangement.

FeminGo may withhold or reverse amounts where fraud, rider disputes, legal restrictions, payment failures, or policy breaches are suspected.

9. Data, privacy, and communications

FeminGo may collect and process pilot information, including KYC documents, identity information, licence and vehicle details, bank information, profile photo, location data, trip records, support interactions, device identifiers, and other operational information needed to run the platform.

By using the platform, you authorize FeminGo and its service providers to verify your identity, conduct reasonable background or compliance checks, communicate with you by call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, or in-app messages, and use your information in accordance with applicable law and FeminGo’s privacy policy.

10. Confidentiality and platform restrictions

  • You must keep rider information, platform information, commercial information, support records, and non-public business information confidential.
  • You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform or its content except as expressly permitted.
  • You must not use bots, automation, malware, scripts, or other methods that interfere with normal platform operation.

11. Suspension and termination

FeminGo may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe that:

  • you breached these terms, platform policies, or applicable law;
  • your documents, background check, or compliance status become unsatisfactory;
  • you engaged in fraud, unsafe conduct, harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or repeated service failures;
  • you damaged the reputation, security, or lawful operation of FeminGo; or
  • continued platform access creates legal, safety, financial, or operational risk.

Upon suspension or termination, you must stop using the platform and cease representing yourself as a FeminGo pilot. FeminGo may settle eligible outstanding amounts after applying lawful deductions or set-offs.

12. Indemnity, disclaimers, and liability limits

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeminGo, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful conduct, your vehicle operation, or your services to riders.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. FeminGo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, trip volume, earnings level, or compatibility with every device or network.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeminGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. FeminGo’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform will not exceed INR 1,000 unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Governing law, disputes, and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration process or mandatory legal requirement that applies.

Where permitted, disputes should first be raised with FeminGo for amicable resolution. If not resolved, FeminGo may require arbitration or another lawful dispute process in accordance with applicable law and any dispute notice shared with you.

FeminGo may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on the website, app, or another official communication channel unless a later effective date is stated.
